With a powerful and varied professional background that spans tech, finance, academia, advertising and marketing, coaching, ideation, the performing arts, and improv comedy, I am uniquely positioned to transform the energy of your organization and inspire renewed creativity, collaboration, and engagement.

And perhaps most importantly, I adore this work.

I earned my B.A. with distinction from Cornell University and my professional coaching certificate from the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as conferred by the International Coaching Federation. 

For 12 years I was a faculty member at the famous comedy school The Second City in Chicago, where I taught people from all backgrounds how to make up entire musicals on the spot from scratch in front of an audience... with no pre-planning, rehearsals, or script. Try that at your next board meeting. ;)

I spent over 20 years in Chicago and am currently based in Boulder, CO. As a coach, I am passionate about inspiring and helping people to rewrite the rules that don't serve them so they can feel fully empowered to live their best lives.
