I am Certified Life & Leadership Coach (PCC) with over 700 hours of one-on-one coaching experience and thousands of hours developing and leading workshops, classes and programs.

​With a professional background that spans tech, finance, academia, marketing, and the arts, I am uniquely positioned to transform the energy of your organization and inspire renewed creativity, collaboration, and engagement.

I earned my B.A. with distinction from Cornell University and my professional coaching certificate from the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am currently based in Boulder, CO.

For 12 years I was a faculty member at the famous comedy school The Second City in Chicago, where I helped people from all backgrounds tap into their courage, creativity and collaborative instincts.
