I am absolutely passionate about supporting professionals, performers, artists, creatives, and others as you reclaim your power, rewrite rules that don't serve you, reconnect with your joy and creativity, and align your life with your values, vision, passion, and purpose.
Based out of Chicago, Illinois, I've spent nearly 20 years in the performing arts community. I am a faculty member at The Second City Training Center, a founding member of the Improvised Sondheim Project, and have worked professionally as a Jeff Award-winning actor, singer, improvisor, writer, teacher, director, graphic designer, and musician. You can visit my personal website for more information. While working in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and regionally, I've experienced all of the passion, excitement, disappointment, and challenges (or as I like to call them, "challportunities") that artists experience every day. As I continued along my path, I found myself searching for something more in my career and in my life. I wanted to step into a role that enabled me to be my whole, authentic self while helping others create meaningful, empowering change in their own lives. That's why I became a coach. I trained as a coach with the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). With new insight, I suddenly found myself breaking old, unhelpful patterns I'd been in for years and discovered new joy in simply being. And in being creative. That experience both changed my life and provided me with exceptional, proven tools to help my clients. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am thrilled to support you on your journey -- no matter your creative background or industry. With every client, I employ my training, experience, awareness, passion, humor, and intuition to support you as you uncover what you truly want for yourself and take practical steps to get there. You're in charge.
I've got your back. |
